IT Freedom's Complete Freedom™ Voice service is an advanced end-to-end telephone solution that also liberates you from the hassle of dealing with the phone company and administering your own phone system.
We provide you with telephone service (dial tone), and we also own, host, and maintain the system, so you never have to worry about it, and you won't outgrow it. Essentially all you buy are the phones themselves. Do you have a new employee? Just add another phone to your network. Our IP phones plug directly into your computer network and talk to our system via your existing Complete Freedom™ Internet connection to us.
We charge a flat monthly fee per user for our Voice service. For that fee, you get individual direct-dial numbers and unlimited local and long-distance calling in the U.S., along with very competitive international rates. Incoming calls come into our data center and are routed to your desktop phone via our provided Internet connection. Outgoing calls are routed out through our switch to the public telephone network. All of your phones are in the same dialing context, so that your staff can dial each other by extension.

If you have a problem with a phone, just contact our Helpdesk, and we'll fix it for you, even if we have to come on-site to do it. If you want to change the flow of your main menu, just call us, and we'll reprogram it for you. Essentially, we just extend your virtual IT department to include everything to do with telephones.
