When we recruit people, our primary hiring criteria is their "fit" with our culture, because our long-term success as a service business depends on it. We are not afraid to turn away people, no matter how talented they are, if they don't share our guiding principles.

At the same time, however, we look for the most capable and diversely talented people we can find, and a prospect's ability and attitude are far more important to us than his or her resume. We are in the game to win, so we want to hire nothing but winners.
